Records Management System (eRMS) for the Ethiopian Federal Courts.
Millennium DPI Partners (MDPI) is implementing the
USAID- funded Feteh
(Justice)
Activity
in
Ethiopia
to
improve
the efficiency and
transparency of the Ethiopian judicial system and improve access to
justice for Ethiopian citizens. MDPI is issuing an RFP and seeking proposals from
organizations to provide services to develop iCMIS and eRMS systems. A
Firm Fixed Price type contract
will be issued to the selected organization.

Interested applicants must meet the RFP minimum
eligibility criteria. MDPI may modify the RFP and may reject any offer.

commitment on the part of MDPI or USAID
